Extension of TRIG Competition and Postponement of Community Coin of the Month Round 6

Fellow Binancians,

Due to the recent system upgrade, we are extending the end time TRIG competition to 2018/02/12 00:00 AM (UTC).

We are also postponing the Community Coin Vote Round 6.  The exact start date and time will be announced separately.
